One bedroom apartment, with pool next to the beach. Located next to the center of Torre del Mar, less than 150 meters from the beach, is this magnificent apartment, located in Residencial Plazamar. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with an elevator and without stairs to access the elevator. The apartment has a living-dining room with a kitchenette, in the living-dining room we have a 135cm furniture bed, a bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a closed terrace. The apartment is on the corner which makes it one of the largest in the building, and very bright. It has views of the street and a little of the sea. It has been recently renovated, which is in very good condition. The residence is made up of several buildings, and the pool is outside the buildings, you have to cross the street to access it. The kitchen is equipped with the basic equipment to spend a few days on vacation. Bed linen and towels on request, the price is €3/person-stay, includes bed linen and bath and sink towels. It has air-conditioning in both the living-dining room and the bedroom. If you want a special arrangement of the beds, you must indicate it at the time of making the reservation. Due to its location it is great to be able to rest on the beach, without the need to take the car at any time. Since it is less than 150 meters from the beach, and next to the center of Torre del Mar, it is surrounded by all kinds of services, from supermarkets (Coviran) shops of all kinds, it is very close to all kinds of restaurants, even the most recognized, such as Fernando, El Yate, El Negri, la Cueva. Along the entire Paseo Marítimo de Torre del Mar, you can find a wide variety of beach bars, where you can taste a good espeto de sardines. The apartment is ideal to be able to spend seasons in winter and summer, because Torre del Mar has one of the best climates in Europe. And thanks to this we can enjoy different events throughout the year. Events ranging from sports, gastronomy, culture, music (Weekend Beach Festival), air show festivals... Torre del Mar is located very close to other cities of tourist interest, such as Nerja and Frigiliana (20 minutes by car), Vélez-Málaga at 4.5 km, Malaga Capital at 30 minutes by car. Animals are welcome, always on request and with a supplement of €35/pet/stay.
